MEET THE
ROSE OF SHARON RANCH
TEAM

DR. MIKE PALLONE, DVM
Owner
Dr. Pallone grew up on a cattle and horse ranch, which inspired his passion for veterinary medicine. After completing vet school at LSU, he returned to Rose Bud and established a mixed animal veterinary hospital, specializing in equine medicine, lameness, and reproduction as the practice flourished.
In 2019, he opened an equine rehab and fitness center in Conway, followed by the launch of Outwest Veterinary Urgent Care in 2020. Recognizing the demand for small animal emergency care, he expanded his services with the opening of Outwest Urgent Care in Little Rock in 2022.
In 2024, Dr. Pallone expanded his equine operations by adding a covered arena at Rose of Sharon Ranch, where he collaborates with his son and daughter-in-law, Dallas Pallone and Colleen Ellzey-Pallone, to create a comprehensive equine facility offering lessons, boarding, events, and breeding.
He remains deeply grateful to God and his parents for the opportunity to live his dream every single day.

DALLAS PALLONE
Horse Division Manager
Dallas grew up on Rose of Sharon Ranch, always eager to discover what the day had in store—whether it was tagging calves or fixing fences.
He attended and graduated from Arkansas State University, where he made the Garry Meadows Equestrian Center his home away from home, spending every day volunteering, socializing with friends, and immersing himself in the world of horses. Graduating with honors and earning a bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Dallas subsequently applied for and was accepted into the prestigious 6666 Ranch internship.
During this transformative five-month experience, he gained invaluable knowledge and met the love of his life, Colleen Ellzey-Pallone.
Dallas is now thrilled to step into a leadership role at the ranch he has always cherished, ready to contribute to its legacy and future.
